The cabin
Tiny Timber is exactly what it sounds like. Cedar walls floor to peak, a steep roofline, and the bed tucked up under the point of the A. It's the smaller half of the duplex, with its own entrance, kitchen, and porch on the quiet west side. Two people fit with room to spare.
Two mini-splits keep it warm through winter and cool in summer. It shares a wall with Tall Timber next door, and groups sometimes book both sides of the duplex together. Each side keeps its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom either way.

What guests said
"The cabin was pretty much perfect for what our family needed. Easy to access, super responsive and friendly host. Location was great as it was close to what we needed but off the beaten path. Will definitely be back!"
"Perfect cabin for a quick overnight stay while skiing White Pass. The cabin was very clean while still having true cabin charm. Extra linens and complimentary items were a great extra."
Where it sits
Packwood is the kind of town that has one grocery store and, somehow, two breweries. The park entrance is 3 miles up the road, White Pass is 15 minutes, and Seattle is about two hours and fifteen minutes away. We keep a running list of things to do nearby and where to eat and drink.
Bringing the whole family? Tall Timber, the bigger half of the duplex, sleeps eight.
